fully complies with all national and international laws and regulations regarding the safety of its food products within the scope of ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System (FSMS),

ensures the sustainability of its Food Safety and Quality Management Systems by continuously seeking and adopting the latest technologies,

sets effective targets to drive continuous improvement in its systems, and regularly reviews and revises these targets as necessary,

defines, implements and monitors adherence to food safety, quality, and halal requirements at all stages of production, and ensures necessary precautions are in place to maintain conformity, and

employs relevant control procedures to eliminate potential food safety hazards. The resources necessary for the above-mentioned activities have been determined and allocated using internal and external communication methods.

Özsüt has established a set of competency criteria for its employees, which guides employee training activities for competency development.

The company continuously reviews and updates its ISO 22000:2018 compliant food safety management system.
Environmental principles;
Özsüt’s environment policy is based on continuous improvement of company operations, effective use of natural resources, full compliance with laws, prevention of pollution, reduction and separation of waste at the source, and recycling and disposal of the waste generated from our activities using the most appropriate methods.

ensuring the most efficient use of energy and resources and minimizing resource consumption,

providing environmental training to employees at every level of the organization in order to raise awareness about environmental responsibilities and instill a sense of sustainability in their professional and personal lives.
Our organization is committed to continuously improving the effectiveness of its Food Safety, Quality Management, Environmental Management, and Halal Food systems. As part of this commitment, Özsüt has established a system for setting and reviewing targets in line with the objectives of this strategy.
